COMMISSION TERMS
1. I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason up to my discretion.
2. Any and all commissions will be payed by invoice using Paypal services.
3. I require upfront payment before I will begin working on your commission.
4. You are free to request any LARGE changes up until I begin rendering.
5. Commission cancellations are accepted up until I have finished your sketch. After, I can only offer partial refunds!
6. When re-posting commissions I have made for you I request credit in the form of an @ or direct link to my profile.
7. I don't bite, please never hesitate to ask for changes. Even after I begin to render. So long as we're no redoing large parts of the illustration we will both be happy!EXTRA. My work including artwork, designs and custom illustrations is not permitted and cannot be used traded or sold in Blockchains, used as NFTs or exchanged for Cryptocurrency. I do not give consent to my work being used in this way and it is a violation of my copywrite to do so.

CHARACTER DESIGN RULES
1.Do not Resell for more than original value (Can be resold for more with commissioned or self made art, please keep reasonable to how you would price your own work)
2.Designs received through trade/OTA cannot be resold.
Redesigns are okay as long as it is recognizable and is non-derogatory*
3.Please credit my TH or DA when uploading to another site. (Prismbattery)
4.Please don't use my designs for hate speech, caricatures, ect.
5.If you make NSFW* art of the character, you may not trade or sell it to minors under the age of 18 under any circumstance.
6.Do not use commercially without speaking with me.
TRADE RULES
1.You may not trade to people who are blacklisted. If a user is blacklisted and has a design of mine they are encouraged to trade it as soon as possible.
